The location of this place was absolutely fantastic, as it was just a short walk from the busy promenade and conveniently close to tram stops. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always friendly and welcoming. The room amenities were great, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities and free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and electric kettle added to the convenience. The whole place had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with a lovely dining area where a delicious breakfast was served. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, making it easy to stay connected during my stay.
There is only one thing I can say about this hotel - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring this city. It was conveniently situated near major tourist attractions and within walking distance of Bia Hoi, a popular spot for beer. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging tours to Sapa and Halong Bay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to both veg and non-veg preferences. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and the convenient transportation options made our stay even more enjoyable.
